Each cabin has its own assigned parking, marked with its name. Want to arrive earlier or leave later? Ask us in advance, we’ll do our best subject to availability.

More than 7 days before arrival: full refund. 7 days or less before arrival, or no-show: the full amount of the stay is due, no refund.
The unexpected happens and we understand - it has happened to us too! Our cancellation policy aims to protect our travellers as much as our small business. If an exceptional situation keeps you from travelling, don’t hesitate to reach out. Whenever possible, we always favour a fair solution for everyone.

Yes: all three cabins are open (up to 12 guests total) and are booked one by one on Reservit. For a reunion or an event, write to us via the contact page: we’ll shape the stay together.

At Le Hamac, we love animals. Well-behaved companions are welcome, as long as they cause neither nuisance nor damage - the cabins being close together, we ask for some good judgment regarding size and temperament. A fee of $40 per stay applies, and please pick up after your pet.

Payment happens on the secure Reservit engine (Stripe), never on this page. Full payment is required at the time of booking, by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). It covers the accommodation, the $60 cleaning fee per stay, any options selected and taxes.

Absolutely. The cabins are equipped with high-performance high-speed Internet, letting you work remotely, join video calls or stay connected as needed. And who knows? Your coffee break might happen to the sound of birds and a mountain view, rather than the hum of the photocopier.

Snowmobile and ATV trails are easily accessible near the cabins. Depending on your route and the season’s conditions, you can enjoy the vast Charlevoix trail network during your stay. We’ll be happy to point you to the best access points before your arrival.

To let us welcome the next travellers in the best conditions, departure time is set at 11 a.m. Would you like to stretch your morning a little? Ask us whether a late departure can be arranged!

We arranged this place with great care and hope it will let you create beautiful memories. We thank you for taking care of the cabin and the equipment at your disposal as you would at home. If a breakage or an issue occurs during your stay, simply let us know. Fees may be charged for damage caused by negligence or improper use of the facilities.

The main renter must be at least 18 years old and present throughout the stay.

To preserve air quality, guest comfort and the warm atmosphere of the cabins, smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the buildings. Smokers are invited to use the outdoor areas and to dispose of their butts responsibly to preserve the beauty of the place and everyone’s enjoyment. Outdoors, please be mindful of your neighbours.

Pets are welcome at Le Hamac. We know they are often part of the family, and that holidays are even better when shared. The cabins being close to one another, we count on your good judgment so that everyone can fully enjoy their stay. A fee of $40 per stay applies. Please pick up the little souvenirs left by your companion, and see that it respects the place as much as its humans.

Le Hamac - le temps suspendu is a place where you come to rest, enjoy nature and slow down. So that everyone can fully enjoy their stay, we ask you to respect the quiet of the place and of your neighbours. Between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. At all times, music and outdoor activities must stay at a reasonable level to preserve the calm and peace of the site.

Certain situations beyond our control, such as a power outage, a storm or a temporary service interruption, may unfortunately occur. If this happens, we will always do our best to inform, accompany and support you when the situation allows. Le Hamac - le temps suspendu cannot however be held responsible for the inconveniences that may result. And if a power outage joins your stay, you’ll find flashlights and candles in one of the kitchen drawers.

We are lucky to live in an exceptional natural environment. We invite you to fully enjoy the place while respecting the wildlife, the flora and the neighbouring properties.

Outdoor fires are part of the joy of staying at the cabin! Use only the installation designed for this purpose. Also make sure Mother Nature and municipal regulations are on board (no strong winds or burning ban in effect). Have fun, safely!
