Bookings are managed through the Reservit platform. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, within Reservit. The lehamac.ca website neither processes nor stores any payment data.

Le Hamac is registered with the Corporation de l’industrie touristique du Québec (CITQ) under establishment number 103386. This number covers all three cabins of the complex.
