Perfect for 2 adults and up to 2 children, the On reste ! cabin has a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a living space with a sofa bed, television, books and games. Whether you come to Charlevoix for adventure, for the fresh air, or simply to change your pace, you’ll find here a warm place to come back to at the end of the day, or to spend the whole day. And then, before you even realize it, it’s already time to leave.

Your arrival - from 3 p.m.
The official check-in time is set at 3 p.m. to let us prepare an impeccable nest for you. Would you like to arrive a little earlier to start unwinding? Don’t hesitate to ask us in advance, we’ll do our best subject to availability! Check-in is self-service via the secure key box near the front door; the code is sent to you by message. Each cabin has its own assigned parking, marked with the name of your accommodation, and extra space is available on site if needed.
Your departure - by 11 a.m.
To let us welcome the next travellers in the best conditions, departure time is set at 11 a.m. Would you like to stretch your morning a little? Ask us whether a late departure can be arranged!
Respecting the place
We arranged this place with great care and hope it will let you create beautiful memories. We thank you for taking care of the cabin and the equipment at your disposal as you would at home. If a breakage or an issue occurs during your stay, simply let us know. Fees may be charged for damage caused by negligence or improper use of the facilities.
Minimum age to book
The main renter must be at least 18 years old and present throughout the stay.
Smoking and vaping
To preserve air quality, guest comfort and the warm atmosphere of the cabins, smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the buildings. Smokers are invited to use the outdoor areas and to dispose of their butts responsibly to preserve the beauty of the place and everyone’s enjoyment.
Pets
Pets are welcome at Le Hamac. We know they are often part of the family, and that holidays are even better when shared. The cabins being close to one another, we count on your good judgment so that everyone can fully enjoy their stay. A fee of $40 per stay applies. Please pick up the little souvenirs left by your companion, and see that it respects the place as much as its humans.
Neighbours and quiet
Le Hamac - le temps suspendu is a place where you come to rest, enjoy nature and slow down. So that everyone can fully enjoy their stay, we ask you to respect the quiet of the place and of your neighbours. Between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. At all times, music and outdoor activities must stay at a reasonable level to preserve the calm and peace of the site.
Parties and events
A birthday, a reunion, a special request or another moment to mark? Tell us about your project! We’ll gladly assess the possibilities to find a solution that respects both your event and the quiet of the place. After all, some moments deserve to be celebrated.
Renter’s responsibility
We want your stay to unfold in enjoyment, relaxation and complete safety. We invite you to fully enjoy the place while showing caution and respect towards the facilities at your disposal. Le Hamac - le temps suspendu cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, losses, thefts or damage to personal belongings that may occur during your stay.
Force majeure
Certain situations beyond our control, such as a power outage, a storm or a temporary service interruption, may unfortunately occur. If this happens, we will always do our best to inform, accompany and support you when the situation allows. Le Hamac - le temps suspendu cannot however be held responsible for the inconveniences that may result. And if a power outage joins your stay, you’ll find flashlights and candles in one of the kitchen drawers.
Respecting nature
We are lucky to live in an exceptional natural environment. We invite you to fully enjoy the place while respecting the wildlife, the flora and the neighbouring properties.
Outdoor fires
Outdoor fires are part of the joy of staying at the cabin! Use only the installation designed for this purpose. Also make sure Mother Nature and municipal regulations are on board (no strong winds or burning ban in effect). Have fun, safely!
Remote work and Internet
Each cabin is equipped with high-speed Internet access. However, Le Hamac - le temps suspendu cannot be held responsible for service interruptions or connection problems beyond its control.
